Even though the house is a traditional design, the property has been equipped for modern living including four fully modernised bathrooms, heating and double glazing. There is WiFi, Sky television, French television, and charging sockets for mobile devices.
We wanted our house to be a home away from home, we enjoy cooking and being comfortable, so the house is equipped to a higher standard than normal gites.
In the kitchen you will find plenty of equipment, china and pans, as well as a range of recipe books. The kitchen is designed for ease of use with a large larder fridge, freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, induction hob, extractor hood, as well as other small appliances.
The indoor dining table extends to comfortably seat the whole party although you will probably eat outside most of the time. If requested a high chair can be provided. The living room has enough comfortable seating for the whole party. There are family DVDs, indoor games for children and adults, novels, a piano, and a Hi-Fi with iPod connections.
Upstairs the flexible bed arrangements use hotel-quality zip link mattresses. You are provided with king-sized or single duvets according to your booking details and accommodation configuration. Quality linen, with a mid-stay change for fortnight rentals, is provided. There is a discount if you provide your own linen and towels. A travel cot can be provided on request.
Outside there are plenty of table and dining chairs, as well as enough sunbeds for the whole group and a range of parasols. There are outdoor and pool games. There is a large kettle barbecue with the necessary cooking equipment.
The pool and garden are maintained on a regular basis.
